Parts Advisor Full Time

Parts Advisor – 1 Year Experience Required – Stoke- Permanent Role.

Salary: up to £28,000 PA (depending on experience) plus monthly target-based bonus up to £150 per month.

Monday to Friday 0800 – 1700 plus 4 hours 1 Saturday in every 3 (paid at time and a half).

Silver Arrow require an experienced Parts Advisor to work for a commercial vehicle dealer in the Stoke area.

Your Role:

• Greet customers at the parts counter or over the phone
• Identify the correct parts needed using vehicle registration or VIN.
• Offer advice on parts compatibility and alternatives.
• Process orders, returns or exchanges.
• Identifying, sourcing and supplying the correct parts for customer vehicles in a timely manner.
• Taking customer orders, processing them efficiently, and ensuring accurate record keeping of all transactions.
• Maintaining accurate records of parts inventory.

What we need from you:

• Prior knowledge of the automotive industry, preferable with HGV’s and vans.
• Experience with accounting and payment processes including invoicing and payment collection
• Good computer skills
• Excellent admin skills
• Outstanding organisation skills
• Great telephone manner
• Excellent customer service
• Enthusiastic, approachable and driven to ensure customer satisfaction.
